السياسة الاجتماعية و ظاهرة الإرهاب داخل المجتمع العراقي : تحليل سوسيولوجي

Crystallize the research problem in attempting to detect deficiencies in social policy, which has created a growing phenomenon of terrorism. The importance of this research through its emphasis on the importance of the clarity of the need for a new social policy required by the exigencies of at least counter the negative effects that terrorism in Iraqi society, the study seeks to achieve goals : assess the dimensions of social policy related to the nature of the challenges facing the Iraqi society, and the factors driving the growing phenomenon of terrorism. As for the type of study and its approach to these social and descriptive analytical study, and used the social survey by sample approach, this study is based on deliberate sample consisted of (140) people from policy experts and members of the legislative, executive and judicial power, and the study found a set of conclusions which Terrorism is a global phenomenon resulting from extremism which is almost devoid of it society of contemporary societies, the aggression perpetrated by individuals, groups or states on the human (his religion and his blood and his mind and his money and width) and includes forms of intimidation and abuse, threats and murder without right, and every act of violence or threat, and the study concluded that the government must take strong and decisive action to dry up the sources of terrorism and expose the political and media incubators, which play a key and pivotal role in the success of the terrorist gangs of the implementation of his plans. And the need to make the necessary economic and social reforms in the hearts of the public, to participate positively with the criminal justice systems in the face of terrorism as partners in the formulation and implementation of policies and management of social programs.
