Zusammenfassung:Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds And prayers and peace be upon the most honor of messengers Muhammad and his family and his companions. The curriculum of the science research that we teach in our colleges aims to develop the minds of the students, and for the same goal we will review the importance of the Jurisprudence Origins in developing the minds of the students , because the Jurisprudence Origins science is the basic of Jurisprudence which inter in all the fields of our life and it's not an ancient science or un useful like what some people may think . The main target for this research is to show the importance of Jurisprudence Origins and how if it was studied properly it will change the minds of our sons , the way they think and it will built in them the ability to analyze and judge in whatever may come in their way , and it well protect them from the attempts of terrorists and extremists to wash their brains to destroy our country . We divided our research to three demands: First one: The curriculum of the science research types. Second: definition of Jurisprudence Origins and its important. Third: Islamic statute and clues. In the end we came out with some results like: 1. We most re think of reviving this science if we want to protect our children. 2. To benefit from this science we must rethink of the ways we teach it.
