Zusammenfassung:Study of personality traits and pulmonary capacity Teaching smoking and nonsmoking in the Faculty of physical Education / University of Baghdad The research aims to identify the personality traits and amplitude pulmonary for smokers and non-smokers and also research aims to udentify the relationship between personality traits and amplitude pulmonary teachers smokers and nonsmokers and also to identify the differences between personality traits and amplitude pulmonary between smokers and non- smokers , has sample consisted ofprotessors in the College of physical Education / University of Baghdad , were chosen the way intentional , were distributed the questionnaire to them to answer them , and after receiving the results of the analysis , the researcher extracted statistical means to them , and concluded the following : the emergence of statistically sugnificanf differences between the results of tests for non-smokers and smokers and amplitude pulmonaryand in favor of a group of teachers non-smokers , and also the results of the moral significance between faculty of smokers ans nonsmokers and personality taits (social , neurological and aggressive and depressive , calm and control ). The researcher recommended that : personality traits impact on the psyche of teachers it is necessay psychological attention to the situation of teachers , and also whenever teaching is a good personality and away from smoking will be a good mental health and affect the student and the educational process .
