Zusammenfassung:The capability of some fungal species of Alternaria for synthesis of silver nanoparticles AgNPs was examind was examind .Among the selected fungi Alternaria alternat (isolate 1 and 2 ),A . chlamydospora , A.citri ,A.raphani and A.longipes exhibited high capability for biosynthesis of AgNPs by changing the colour of fungal filtrate from yellowish to brown after being treated with silver nitrate solution and72 hr incubation period at 25 c and dark condition . UV–Vis spectrophotometer revealed that the absorbancy of AgNPs were varied(420-440 nm) between the fungal species .SEM images showed the shape of AgNPs was spherical with size of( 20-27 ).
