Zusammenfassung: | The basketball is one of the games of multiple basic skills. So, it needs to educational method in which its basic skills takes into account to reach perfection as well as keep them for the longest possible period of time and leaves the student a freedom to think creatively in the implementation of these skills as needed in the educational and competitive position and to achieve the desired goal of those skills in order to get out of the ordinary and break the inactivity around the educational process by using traditional methods of teaching (the followed method), so it highlights the importance of this research by studying the impact of proficiency learning style in the development of creative thinking and teaching a number of basic offensive skills in basketball and in retaining them for the students of first academic year at the Faculty of Basic Education.
Teaching methods play a large and important role in teaching various sports skills and events and whenever the teaching method used was more developed, the process of learning was better and the chance of better skill performance was bigger. The teaching methods has a close relationship with the creative thinking, which also has an important role in learning sports skills as a learner gets benefit of his creative abilities while he is learning and practicing various sports skills, as the methods which takes individual differences into consideration during the learning process makes the student effective during the lesson. Due to the researchers’ experience in the field of teaching the motor skills, they noticed that a number of ways and methods of teaching motor skills do not take into account the individual differences and creative abilities, as all learners are subject to educational units and the same frequencies, leading to the emergence of individual differences in susceptibility learning and performance, and because the teacher no longer represents the highest authority that decides everything, and the role of the student is no longer confined to follow commands only, so it was necessary to increase students’ confidence in his ability to take responsibility in the learning process through making him getting used to scientific thinking and the development of his sense of confidence in his ability to innovation and creativity, and access to the target and, hence, the need to apply the teaching methods that allow the learner creative capacity development opportunities to have a mastery of basic ski |
