التدخل في الأزمة كنموذج علاجي في الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية

تستند الخدمة الاجتماعية على مجموعة من المداخل العلمية و النماذج المهنية العلاجية منها و الوقائية و التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في مواجهة المشكلات و من هذه النماذج و النظريات التي أثبتت فعاليتها في مجال الأزمات و الكوارث نظرية الأزمة. و تعتبر نظرية الأزمة إحدى نماذج العلاج القصير الذي تكون له أساسا نظريا عبر الخمسين سنة الماضية و التي شهدت ميلاده من خلال التطبيق و الممارسة، و لذلك أصبح نموذج الأزمات طريقة مرنة للتدخل، كما أنها نظرية مركبة مقتبسة من عدة نظريات معاصرة تمت صياغتها لتناسب أوقات الشدة و المحن المفاجئة التي تواجه الفرد، و تقدم إطارا عاما من الإجراءات المهنية للتعامل مع المواقف المتأزمة، بعد أن تبنتها جامعة هارفرد في مجال الصحة النفسية كنمط علاجي يتسم بإنقاذ ما يمكن إنقاذه في الحالات المتدهورة. و لقد تناولت الباحثات في البحث التالي نموذج التدخل في الأزمات بصورة شمولية لتسليط الضوء على ثلاثة موضوعات أساسية، الأزمة كمفهوم و نظرية الأزمة و نموذج التدخل المهني في الأزمات، كما نظرت الباحثات بشكل أعمق للأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي كممارس يستخدم نموذج التدخل في الأزمات و ما يجب أن يتسم به من صفات تتناسب مع التعامل مع موقف الأزمة. Social work is based on a range of scientific interventions ; therapeutic and preventive models that can be used to address problems, such as those theories that have proved effective in the area of crisis and disaster. the theory of crisis is one of the models of inadequate treatment for which it has a theoretical basis over the past fifty years and which has witnessed its birth through applying and practice. and therefore the crisis model has become a flexible method of intervention, as well as a composite theory quoted from several contemporary theories formulated to proportionate the sudden distress and adversity faced by an individual. and provides a general framework of professional procedures for dealing with crisis situations, after being adopted by Harvard university in the area of mental health as a therapeutic pattern that saves what can be saved in deteriorating situations. the following research examined the crisis intervention model comprehensively to highlight three key topics, the crisis as a concept and theory of crisis and the professional crisis intervention model. the researchers also looked more deeply at the medical social worker as a practitioner using the crisis intervention model and the qualities it must possess in dealing with the crisis situation.
