Zusammenfassung:The research aims to measure the level of primary school students' achievement of the cognitive components included in the Arabic grammar books in Iraq. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The research community and its sample consisted of the content of Arabic grammar books for the fourth, fifth, and sixth primary grades and for the fourth, fifth, and sixth primary grades of the year 2018- 2019, and the two research tools represented in the cognitive components analysis card, and the cognitive components collection test tool that consist of (50) paragraphs for each primary (fourth, fifth and sixth) row, were prepared to make sure the research tools were sincerely presented to a group of criteria Yen and the specialists, to know the extent of their suitability for the purpose for which they were set, and according to its reliability and constant stability factors were acceptable, and this research reached the results: The level of achievement of students of the fourth, fifth and sixth grades of primary components of the cognitive components included in the content of the Arabic grammar book was low, and this means that they are not Holders of cognitive components, and in light of the results, the researcher recommended the necessity of writing Arabic grammar books and other branches of the Arabic language, focusing on building them on cognitive components, and building achievement tests and tests to measure abilities that have a direct relationship with cognitive components.
