Russell was able to explain the concept of the philosophy of logic in the philosophy of language, and that through the statement of the composition of the proposition as a basic unit composed of the language, which led to the distinction between the sentence and the proposition, the proposition is what can be judged by truth or lies, It is not possible to do so, because the campaign is a matter of rule, or it is a language, and then explained the hierarchy of language, and confirmed this hierarchy through his theory in patterns and descriptions, and Russell confirmed that the descriptive descriptions are indicative of the subjective and specialization, Between language and higher language, stressing that the language descriptive language may be described at the same time. استطاع راسل ان يبين مفهوم فلسفة المنطق في فلسفة اللغة، و ذلك ببيان تركيب القضية كوحدة اساسية تتركب منها اللغة، و هذا ما قاده الى التمييز بين الجملة و بين القضية، فالقضية هي ما يمكن أن يحكم عليها بالصدق أو بالكذب، في حين أن الجملة لا يمكن فيها ذلك، فالجملة أن حكم عليها فهي قضية، و إلا فهي لغو، ثم اوضح تراتبية اللغة، و أكد هذا التراتب من خلال نظريته في الانماط و في الأوصاف، و أكد راسل ان نظرية الأوصاف انما تدل على الذاتية و التخصص، و أن نظرية الانماط تميز بين اللغة و اللغة الأعلى، مؤكدا ان اللغة الواصفة قد تكون لغة موصوفة في آن واحد.
