Zusammenfassung: | The aim of the current research is to know “the e-learning competencies available to Arabic
language teachers for the fifth grade of elementary school and their relationship towards their
students towards the subject,” by verifying the following null hypothesis:

The researcher followed the descriptive research approach to achieve the goal of her research
and to verify the validity of his hypothesis. She identified the research community from the
primary day schools of the Qadisiyah Governorate Center, the General Directorate of Qadisiyah
Education, and included teachers (teachers - teachers) of the Arabic language who study the fifth
