فاعلية برنامج تدخل مبكر قائم على التكامل الحسي في خفض حدة الاضطرابات الحسية و الإدراكية لدى عينة من أطفال التوحد

The study’s objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of an early intervention program based on sensory integration in reducing sensory and Perceptual disorders in a sample of autism spectrum disorder. The participants in this study consisted of 10 children suffered from autism disorder divided into two groups: the experimental group consisted of five children (3 males, 2 females), and control group (4 males, one female) ranging in age from 4 to 6 years (Mean= 5.10 years, Standard Deviation= 0.42). The study used many diagnostic tools as Gilliam Autism Rating scale, Goddard scale, medical reports, revised sensory profile list of autism disorder, Asperger syndrome, observation form, evaluating the program, enhancement list for autistic child prepared by researchers. The reliability and validity of the Revised sensory profile list has been found to be good in this study. To answer hypotheses of the study data collected from the sample before and after applying the program. The study showed the effectiveness of an early intervention program based on sensory integration in reducing sensory and Perceptual disorders in a sample of autism spectrum disorder; as there were differences before and after applying the program among the experimental group and there were differences on the post application between the experimental and control group and between the post and follow up application after two months among the experimental group. These results indicated that early intervention with sensory integration program reduced sensory and Perceptual disorders in a sample of autism spectrum disorder on revised sensory profile list with its sub dimensions: Visual sensory and visual perceptual processing, Auditory sensory and Audio perceptual processing, Tactile sensory and Tactile perceptual processing, Olfactory Sensory and Olfactory perceptual processing, gustatory Sensory and gustatory perceptual processing, Proprioceptive Sensory and Proprioceptive perceptual processing, vestibular Sensory and vestibular perceptual processing. هدفت الدراسة الحالية معرفة مدى فاعلية برنامج تدخل مبكر قائم على التكامل الحسي في خفض حدة الاضطرابات الحسية و الإدراكية لدى عينة من أطفال التوحد حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 10 حالات من أطفال التوحد مقسمة إلى مجموعتين المجموعة الأولى التجريبية 5 (3 من الذكور 2 من الإناث) و المجموعة الثانية الضابطة (4 من الذكور و أنثى و احدة) و تراوحت أعمارهم بين 4 : 6 سنوات و بلغ متوسط العمر 5.10 عام و انحراف معياري قدره 0.42 عام. و أمكن استخدام عدة أدوا
