Zusammenfassung: | The present study aimed to reveal the impact of empowering of Saudi women employees and job flexibility in evaluating their performance in the light of the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. to achieve these goals, the researchers used the social survey method. the study population consisted of all working women at prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz university (482) employees were selected for the purpose of the study population. the researchers used women's empowerment scale, the functional flexibility scale and the performance assessment questionnaire. the tools were applied to the study sample and the results were analyzed and discussed. the results of the study indicated that the levels of empowerment of Saudi women as a whole and its sub-dimensions were all low with a mean of (2.01) with a standard deviation of (1.087). the results also indicated that the functional flexibility levels of employees of Saudi women as a whole and its sub-dimensions were all low with a mean of (2.15) with a standard deviation of (1.015). the results showed that there is a positive correlation statistically significant at the level (0.01) between the responses of employees of Saudi women on the scale of women's empowerment with its sub-dimensions and their responses to the performance questionnaire, that is, the higher the empowerment of employees of Saudi women, the higher their performance in work, and the lower the empowerment of Saudi women employees at work. also, there is a positive correlation statistically significant at the level (0.01) between the responses of Saudi women employees on the scale of functional flexibility in its sub-dimensions and their responses to the performance questionnaire, that is, the higher the functional flexibility of the Saudi women employees, the higher her performance at work, and the lower the functional flexibility of the working Saudi woman at work.
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أثر تمكين المرأة السعودية العاملة والمرونة الوظيفية في تقييم أدائها في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع النساء العاملات في جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز البالغ عددهن (482) وتم اختيار عينة غرضية من مجتمع الدراسة بلغت (250) عاملة تم توزيع أدوات الدراسة عليهن. وقام الباحثون ببناء أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة بمقياس تمكين المرأة ومقياس المرونة الوظيفية واستبانة تقييم الأداء. وتم تطبيق الأدوات على عينة الدراسة وتحليل النتائج ومناقشتها. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستويات تمكين المرأة ال |
