Results We identified 3 cases of AFLP and 25 patients with severe preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome. All cases were matched with normotensive pregnant women. Liver stiffness expressed in kPa was significantly higher in AFLP patients than in patients with severe preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome. Normotensive pregnant women had lower values (See figure).
