Zusammenfassung:Abstract Breast milk is fundamental to induce an appropriate immunotolerance in the newborn. We present the case of a young mother with a diagnosis of coeliac disease while breastfeeding. She is dealing with the problem of knowing that in her breast milk are present coeliac disease-specific autoantibodies, without knowing if they are potentially harmful to the baby.
