Zusammenfassung:Abstract A 21-year-old man with pain lower abdomen and hematuria of 10 days duration was evaluated and found to have large cystic lesion behind the urinary bladder and was confirmed to be a large prostatic utricle with solid component on contrast enhanced computed tomography (CECT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and on Transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS). Post operative histopathology revealed transitional cell carcinoma.
