Zusammenfassung:The major reportable outcome of this study is the development of an operational Bioskills Training facility at The Methodist hospital in Houston for the development of surgical skills in trainees within the medical school and residency training programs, and in practicing surgeons within the community who may wish to further refine their technical skills or learn new procedures. Discussions are underway with the administration of Methodist- Cornell Medical School, Baylor College of medicine, and The University of Texas to incorporate this facility into the training of Residents and fellows in orthopedic Surgery and other specialties.
