Zusammenfassung: | It is the objective of this study to identify the biochemical differences in the burn fluid of burns with hypertrophic scarring and those without. The findings of this study are intended to facilitate the development of diagnostic tools, which could be used to evaluate the healing process and develop therapeutic treatments. A porcine burn model has been used to evaluate healing. PIXIES was used to analyze the cytokines and growth factors present in the burn wounds.
