Zusammenfassung: | The Coalition Joint Spectrum Management Planning Tool (CJSMPT) has been designated as Spiral I of the Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS) program, which is intended to provide next-generation capabilities for integrated spectrum operations across the entire Department of Defense, in addition to interoperability with federal, state, and local government spectrum agencies and coalition forces. This paper describes the use of CJSMPT in automating key spectrum management planning processes including Joint Task Force (JTF) requirements generation and spectrum interference mitigation. This paper will also review additional CJSMPT capabilities, its architecture, and the current development effort.
