Zusammenfassung:As the U.S. Intelligence Community debates how to engage in intelligence cooperation and information sharing with a variety of other countries in the face of non-state malefactors we need not remain without a rudder. His research reveals how a contentious interwar relationship between the U.S. and the UK evolved into a special relationship as information sharing and cooperation in intelligence creation and use became indispensable.
