Zusammenfassung:	Summary This regulation implements public law and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Department of Defense (DOD) guidance by presenting policies and guidance for the Army management control process It bas been revised to simplify and reduce administrative requirements to provide greater flexibility in implementation and to increase the involvement and accountability of commanders and managers. This regulation does not contain instructions for the evaluation of Army accounting systems. These instructions are provided in DOD 7000.14-R, Volume 1, General Financial Management Information Systems and Requirements.
