Zusammenfassung:	The overall audit objective was to determine the accuracy of Defense base realignment and closure military construction budget data. This report provides the results of the audit of one project, valued at 3.9 million, for the realignment of functions from Kelly Air Force Base, Texas, to Brooks Air Force Base, Texas. Another objective was to assess the adequacy of the management control program as it applied to the overall audit objective. The management control program objective will be discussed in a summary report on the FY 1998 Defense base realignment and closure military construction budget data.
