Zusammenfassung:This report covers the Technical Evaluation of the Simulator, Flare SM-875A1ALE. The design and development of the Simulator was completed and the Technical Evaluation Test Program is hereby reported with conclusions and recommendations for production and service of this Simulator for Decoy Flares. The use of these low cost simulators should result in considerable savings to the fleet during aircraft crew training. The Technical Evaluation Test Program provides assurance of the safety and reliability of the Simulator and a recommendation for release to production. This product improvement uses more plastic parts including a biodegradable candle housing.
