Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of this document is to introduce the contents and operation of the Engineer's Refractive Effects Prediction System (EREPS), version 3.0. EREPS is a system of individual stand-alone IBM/PC-compatible programs that have been designed to assist an engineer in properly assessing electromagnetic (EM) propagation effects of the lower atmosphere on proposed radar, electronic warfare, or communication systems. The EREPS models account for effects from optical interference, diffraction, tropospheric scatter, refraction, evaporation and surface-based ducting, and water-vapor absorption.
