Zusammenfassung:A simulation technique is used to determine whether complexity (multidimensionality) of task performance is complex managerial tasks is trainable. The present report is specifically concerned with measurement. Previous simulation based measurement (cf. Streufert, 1983) which had included sixteen measures was extended to thirty-seven primary measures and twelve derived measures. Information is provided on the characteristics and purpose of each of those measures. In addition formulas or related statements that allow calculation of performance scores by other researchers and/or in other settings is provided. Further, this report considers the Time-Event Matrix on which measurements is based. Keywords: quasi-experimental, simulation, performance excellence, time-event matrix, decision-making, complex and uncertain tasks, multiple measures.
