Zusammenfassung:The acute dermal toxicity potential of CHF1 and CHR2 was determined in rabbits using abraded skin sites and plastic covering over the exposed areas for 24 hrs. No animals died. Skin irritation was greatest in the flank regions, probably due to gravity accumulation and pressure due to skin folds and adhesive bandages. These compounds should be exposed to further toxicological testing for human use potential. (Author)
