Zusammenfassung: | Racial perceptions and attitudes as well as career orientations of 158 black and 187 white females from 22 U.S. Army installations were measured by questionnaire. Demographic characteristics between female groups and with a larger sample of males are compared. Specific areas of satisfaction with military life and general career orientations are reported. Perceptions of various aspects of the racial milieu of the Army are examined. Sharp distinctions exist between female groups concerning perceptions in a number of important areas. |
