Zusammenfassung:	This report divulges the development and administration of instruments for the front-end analysis of the instructor's job in a self-paced instructional environment. A validated task list was developed, administered, and analyzed. The development process is carefully described. One thousand one hundred nineteen respondents rated one hundred ninety-one tasks in the job inventory. An opinion survey of various activites was also completed. Analyses of the data acquired are included.d.
