Data were gathered by questionnaire from first-tour EW, and by both questionnaire and interview from supervisors. The report describes the introduction of performance-oriented instructional procedures into Women's Basic Training (BT) at Fort McClellan, and the revision of Army Training Program 21- 121 to incorporate the philosophy and principles of performance-oriented training. |
