Zusammenfassung:	This research developed and applied systematic principles for effective Computer-Based Training (CBT) that can be applied broadly to Army courses to build and evaluate exemplar CBT for Army advanced individual training courses. To assist cadre who do not have a dedicated instructional design team, the Computer-Based Training Principles Guide was developed to serve as a support tool. The guidance included here underwent iterative reviews by Subject Matter Experts during its development. This document is the resulting contents, organization, and presentation style of the Computer-Based Training Principles Guide and its companion Users Guide, and includes both guides.
