Zusammenfassung: | The report contains a discussion of the attitudes that influence enlistment and reenlistment in the US Army Reserve Components in a volunteer environment. Selected proposals that may contribute to maintenance of mandated RC strength are evaluated by attitudinal surveys of RC enlisted personnel. The least cost procurement and retention program that can be expected to maintain strength levels with present enlistment/reenlistment probabilities and two other levels of probability (representing higher and lower rates) is developed. |
