Zusammenfassung: | The computerized QUICK-Reacting General War Gaming System (QUICK) is a two-sided strategic nuclear exchange war gaming system. It is designed to assist the military planner in examining various facets of strategic nuclear war involving a variety of forces, strategies, and starting conditions. Based on suitable input data, QUICK will automatically generate global strategic nuclear war plans, simulate the planned events, and provide statistical output summaries. The manual describes the war gaming capabilities to be added, performance requirements computer software and hardware required to use the revised QUICK System, appropriate system logic to reflect how the new capabilities will fit into the overall QUICK war gaming system, changes in user input data requirements as a result of the modifications anticipated program parameter controls, form of output from QUICK before and after the modifications, computer programming algorithms to be added, impact of existing Computer System Manuals, and testing procedures.
