Zusammenfassung:A model is developed which determines the feasibility of and optimum weapon for flak suppression. Cost to destroy the primary target is the measure used to determine feasibility and optimum weapon selection. A target coverage model which cumulates damage from round to round is developed. The models are applied to some fictitious weapon systems to illustrate the methodology. The sensitivity to changes in uncontrollable parameters is analyzed. Computer program listings are included.
