Zusammenfassung:The possibility of employing high-temperature thermomechanical treatment (HTT) in the hardening of large forgings of E1612K steel is investigated. The results revealed that under the conditions outlined HTT resulted in an increase in strength and high-temperature strength properties with a sufficient degree of uniformity throughout the section of the forging.
