Zusammenfassung: | A balloon-borne instrument system has been assembled which can concurrently measure the concentrations of water vapor and ozone in the atmosphere. An observational program has provided the first collection of data of this kind for studies of atmospheric circulation. Nineteen soundings were made during 1967 and 1968 over the Washington, D.C., area, each providing vertical distributions of these two gases. The data from these soundings have been individually recorded in tables and graphs. (Author) |
