Zusammenfassung: | An experimental study was made of the influence of noise signals on the storage of information recorded in a memory superconducting cell--a persistotron--operating in the regime of the so-called symmetric recording. The obtained data allow judging the operational reliability of such an element in the memory matrix and the requirements of the identity of the parameters of such elements forming the memory matrix. The calculation is given, showing the influence of the spread of the characteristics of transition of the superconducting film into a normal state on the storage of information in the element at its readout by current pulses. The dependence between the value of an allowance for the spread of the element parameters and the number of readouts after which the regeneration of the recorded information should be made was obtained experimentally. A conclusion is made about expediency of studying of persistotrons operating in the regime of the so-called assymmetric recording, in this case, using thermal processes in the element, as in this case an increase of reliability of the memory matrix is expected.
