Zusammenfassung:The specificity of the indirect hemagglutination reaction is determined entirely by the quality of the sera used for sensitizing and is just as good as all the known serological methods of investigation. The conclusion is drawn that the cited modification of the reaction with erythrocytes, sensitized with antibodies, merits further study as a very promising method for the detection of a number of antigens in various substrates.
