Zusammenfassung:Unmodulated signals from Explorer 22 on 20, 40 and 41 Mc/s have been recorded at two places in Denmark and Greenland. Both Faraday rotation and scintillation phenomena are very frequent in the records, so that ionospheric irregularities and total electron content can be studied in detail. The following progress report presents a review of the activity in this respect from 1 Sep 1966 to 31 Aug 1967. Further, the geostationary satellite Canary Bird is recorded on 136.44 Mc/s during short intervals. Such records of Canary Bird and other geostationary satellites will be strengthened in the future.
