Zusammenfassung: | To verify the assumptions that the presence of the homogeneity regions of Nb3Sn and V3Ga compounds noted in the majority of published phase diagrams is caused by the nonequilibrium in the specimens, an investigation was made on these compounds obtained by the reaction diffusion method. It is shown that the compounds have a much more narrow homogeneity region that the specimens obtained by metallurgical methods. (Author)
