Zusammenfassung:An experimental model of an automated aid to editing of textual matter in machinable form has been designed and constructed. The principal purpose of this work is to demonstrate the usefulness and need for small scale, inexpensive editing devices. Off-line special editing devices can provide a high percentage of computer capability in editing for a low percentage of computer cost due to the comparatively lower requirement of complexity and speed.
