Characteristics and Clinical Significance of MINOCA Syndrome in Patients with Pre-diagnosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome in the Emergency Department and Performed Coronary Angiography

Aim: Myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) is a condition characterized by clinical findings of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and detection of normal/close to normal narrowing coronary arteries in coronary angiography (CAG). The aim of this study was to analyze the prevalence and demographic characteristics of MINOCA in a tertiary hospital. Materials and Methods: This observational retrospective study included patients aged 18 years who presented to the emergency department in 2016, met the criteria for universal AMI, and had a CAG of
