Zusammenfassung:Nitride coatings have been widely used as wear-resistant materials for tool surface owing to their relatively high hardness,high thermal stability,high oxidation resistance,excellent corrosion and wear resistance.The excellent comprehensive performance of nitride coating depends on its chemical composition and microstructure characteristics.Therefore,the selection of preparation technology and process parameters is particularly crucial for optimizing the mechanical properties,oxidation resistance,corrosion resistance,and tribological properties of nitride coatings.In this paper,the design idea of high-performance nitride coatings was focused on,and the characteristics of different preparation technologies and the research progress of the physical and chemical properties of nitride coatings were also reviewed.Finally,the future development directions of nitride coatings were summarized and prospected.
