Zusammenfassung: | Background. The purpose of the article is to develop a screening cardiological information system (SCIS) for a medical organization based on the digital twin of the heart, multi-agent technology and cloud computing. Materials and methods. The construction of SCIS is carried out on the basis of modern information technologies: multi-agent, intelligence, modeling, visualization and cloud computing. Results. In the process of developing SCIS, the analysis of the existing methods and means of processing and visualization of cardiographic information was carried out, an approach to the construction of SCIS based on multi-agent technologies and a digital twin of the heart was substantiated, information support for SCIS was designed, and the digital twin of the heart was improved. Conclusions.The developed SCIS based on modern technologies allows to expand the functional and diagnostic capabilities of non-invasive electrocardiogram in examining the general population. |
