Zusammenfassung:Abstract Isolation of left subclavian artery is a rare congenital anomaly. In this abnormality, the left subclavian artery arises from the homo-lateral pulmonary artery rather than from aorta. This condition is often diagnosed by angiography and treated by surgery.
