Zusammenfassung: | Laboratory tests revealed that the IL-6 and IL-10 levels were increased (345.51 and 44.77 pg/mL, respectively). [...]CD4+ T cell count was 147 cells/μL, and CD8+ T cell count was 114 cells/μL. Also, the lymphocyte count decreased. [2] The next day, he experienced sudden decreases in his blood pressure and blood oxygenation level, and chest computed tomography images showed right hemopneumothorax. [5] The study showed the presence of increased cytokine levels (IL-6 and IL-10) and lymphopenia (CD4+ and CD8+ T cells) in individuals with severe COVID-19.
