Zusammenfassung:The paper considers physical and chemical processes of adhesive bond formation on the interfaces of drive toothed belt components during its manufacturing. Factors affecting bond strength, carrying ability and belt longevity are studied in the paper. The designated principle of materials used for manufacturing drive toothed belts, ensuring high indices of their physical and mechanical properties, is considered in the paper. Compounding of rubber mixes ensuring higher operational resource of the belts is developed.
