Hvorfor læse Karl Barth i dag?

Why study Karl Barth today? In this article I introduce those basic themes in Karl Barth's theology which I believe to be still relevant today. While Barth's Dialectical Theology as developed through a criticism of Liberal Theology and 'religion' is still important, the positive themes of a Christocentric reinterpretation of double predestination and the atonement is the more important, I argue. I also discuss Barth's conception of the church and baptism as a relevant theme in today's discussions of church, culture and society.
