Principles of equality and inequality, of difference and diversity, gender, body, violence: eyes on education

The article aimed to discuss the principles of equality and inequality, difference and diversity in authors from different areas, especially in the legal area, since they are guiding principles that articulate philosophical, historical, social, political and even Even economic, in view, equality is the basis for the elaboration of constitutional principles, which can condition the legislative function, as well as, the manifestations of the State. It is also discussed how these principles are underpinned and articulated in discourses on gender, body, violence and sexuality in a convergence of views on education.
