How to get the efficient study program

This work deals with the methodology of the efficient study program development. The author pointed out a number of external and internal requirements related to the curricula content its pedagogy and way of delivering the knowledge putting the student at the center of the education and how important is to appreciate the methodology of program developing process. Special attention was paid to the area of Geomatics.
