In this article we have tried to point out on the agreements which are well known as Pactos de la Moncloa. These agreements not only played an essencial role on economic policy but also were related to educational framework. The goal of these agreements were the searching of the school democracy, its free of charge or the achieving of the whole youth schooling attendance.
