Zusammenfassung:This article delves into the critical role of abrasive wear on the surface of plates in determining the long-term performance and reliability of pressing equipment utilized in the machinery industry. Operating within environments saturated with abrasive particles, these machines face challenges that impact their durability. The rate of deterioration is intricately linked to factors such as collision error, mechanical properties of materials, abrasive particle pressure, and the magnitude of impact loads. The separation of corrosive particles unfolds on a micro-scale, driven by the decomposition of metals resulting from mechanical fatigue, multi-cycle stresses, and repeated loading. By comprehensively examining these factors, this research aims to provide insights that contribute to the development of strategies for mitigating abrasive wear, thereby enhancing the overall operational longevity and reliability of pressing equipment crucial to the production of various machinery components.
