Zusammenfassung:Business processes provide description of way in which organizations realize their businesses. Orientation to business processes significantly influences the overall performance of organizations. Process-oriented organizations tend to reach the best business practices by carrying out actions such as process definition, process performance measurement, and process improvement processes, among others. The results of the research are focused on examination of differences according to dimensions such as the definition of the process, the focus on process performance and the presence of process improvements within the production organizations covered by research, grouped according to the criteria of years of operation. By using the ANOVA test, within the software package for statistical data processing SPSS, the presence of a statistically significant difference between individual groups of organizations was determined. Ranking of the groups according to the adoption of defined dimensions is performed using the TOPSIS method.
